Calm
Dominant Personality: Calm

Good Traits: You prefer to be exclusive,
limiting yourself to only a few good friends
that you've probably known for a long time. You
don't date around either; you settle down with
one guy, and you never get used to heartbreak.

Bad Traits: You're someone who doesn't want
to be bothered with everyone else's problems.
You'd rather kick back and enjoy life at a slow
pace. You tend to fall behind and procrastinate
from being too laid back.

People see you as: Shy, slow to catch on,
and a daydreamer. People think you're in your
own little world and are tenative to approach
you.

You're Most Like: Fear. You distance
yourself from the people who aren't in your
circle. The difference is that you aren't
paranoid about this.

You Need More: Understanding. There are
other people out there worth knowing. It's okay
to broaden your variety.

It seems like i'm one of the few people who are currently online and taking the o's this year. Kinda of boring even if u're just taking a break from studying.

I've realised that i actually have really nice classmates in this period of time where we would only have abt 1 more month before we graduate.

I guess it's really true and real; people don't treasure what they have until they either have lost it or when at the verge of losing it. Thanks guys, i appreciate u all...

My school principal's a really concerned one.. he has made arrangements for the sch heritage room to be open for graduating classes to study. I wonder what would i have done without this vebue to study.. would i be wasting time away hanging out at fast food joints?

For those passing by thinking of reading a fast one, i suggest u skip this one.

Well, had my first practical for the o's today so it seems like a good time to blog... The paper was generally not as difficult as i had expected it to be. HOLD ur horses! I'm not saying that it was a feat but well.. i think i'll do somewhere where i expect myself to do. Hopefully.

Biology practical question paper contains a high amount of starch. That's a discovery u would make if u accidentally slide ur paper across a specimen in which u flooded with iodine solution. For those out there not taking bio, the term flooding does not denote anything bad. haha. Well, luckily, my answered were unaffected by the black patches persistent through the pages. Thanks to temasek and xinling for the onion. haha.

Being quarantined was not as boring as i expected it to be. u know, locked up with a pure science class of nerds. haha.. just joking... especially with mr gill. But i guess he loosened up a little as we were kinda not his students anymore.. went to the band room to brush up some clarinet playing .

Seems like there's quite a buzz going on abt post-secondary education.. All those getting good grades would be choosing which jc they want to spend their first three months in and those who can't would be considering the centralised insitutes. Poly-goers are not spared. Some thinking and some contemplating whether they have made the right choice. It all kinda pushes the line that i'm standing on. Did i make a right decision and choose the right path? Well, after all, its not too late for a change of plans. I guess a series of open houses in the coming year should answer some of my questions. For those of u out there still in the midst of a decision, dun fret! There's still a considerable amount of time left.

McDonalds has been putting up signs in their restaurant that says in bold block letters "NO STUDYING". In my opinion, a patron of their restaurant who makes any purchase there should be allowed to remain in the restaurant for a considerable amount of time. Hah! So that's what i did on quite a few occasions for the past one month or so. No one has ever stopped me.

Students nowadays really lack places to study other than;
1) Home
2) School
3) Friend's House

Even national libraries are imposing the self-study policy on very odd hours of the day, causing students to really have to rack their brains in search of a better environment to study.

The solution: Fast Food Restaurants

Going airport tomorrow. seems like a good place.

Thursday's combined chem and phy practical. Shouldn't be much of a problem.. haha, hold ur lips those who are going to say stuff like.. "WAH! Kenneth so smart sia!!!" sacarstically.

Discipline is really the key. As said by me as copied by nicholas tan jie wei as the one who's nick on msn is "discipline is the key to top 10".. haha.. Good luck nicholas!

Robin
You are most like Robin! A leader and fearless by
nature, you tend to dive straight into
something without thinking. You have a hard
time trusting your friends sometimes and you
are extremely serious when you have to. You
don't like being compared to someone you are a
rival with and sometimes your temper gets the
best of you. Out of all of your friends you
might be the one who dreams to be leader or is
the leader. Whatever the reason sometimes you
need to look before you leap.

Melodies Of Life Lyrics

Alone for a while I've been searching through the dark
For traces of the love you left inside my lonely heart
To weave by picking up the pieces that remain
Melodies of life--love's lost refrain

Our paths they did cross, though I cannot say just why
We met, we laughed, we held on fast, and then we said goodbye
And who'll hear the echoes of stories never told?
Let them ring out loud till they unfold
In my dearest memories, I see you reaching out to me
Though you're gone, I still believe that you can call out my name

* A voice from the past, joining yours and mine
Adding up the layers of harmony
And so it goes, on and on
Melodies of life,
To the sky beyond the flying birds--forever and beyond

So far and away, see the bird as it flies by
Gliding through the shadows of the clouds up in the sky
I've laid my memories and dreams upon those wings
Leave them now and see what tomorrow brings

In your dearest memories, do you remember loving me?
Was it fate that brought us close and now leaves me behind?

* Repeat

If I should leave this lonely world behind
Your voice will still remember our melody
Now I know we'll carry on
Melodies of life
Come circle round and grow deep in our hearts
As long as we remember

well.. here's a short post before i go get ready for night study later in the evening..

It's kinda worrying to see your counterparts working their brains off for the coming examination while u're still the same old happy go lucky kid that puts little effort in ur studying.. Hmm.. I guss i'll have to pull up my socks and keep up.

School nowadays has been kinda enjoyable i must say. With at least half the class gone, it is much easier to learn stuff frm the teacher without being interrupted by pesks that can't keep thier mouths shut. I hope it remains like this for the rest of the week, i'm not hoping that those who dun come to sch fail their o's or something, i wish them the best and hope that they are putting effort in studying at home.

Practicals are next week and i'm not exactly prepared especially so for bio. I hope that i would be able to look thru the whole bio syllabus before the day of the practical.

It's sometimes disheartening to see those, whom once did well, not doing too great this time for the prelims. Makes me anxious. I hope that my niche subjects dun fall any lower that what i have ben achieving. So the song goes "even the best fall down sometimes". I'm not saying i'm the best but well, it could happen to me..

I must commend nicholas soh, for not being brought down by his prelims results but turning that despair into motivation to work much harder, increasing the time he had studied in the past. Well, just make sure u dun waste ur time reading thru the book and not practising.

For now, everything seems to be going fine for me. Friends ard me to study with and that extra push in which positive peer pressure provides. Thanks guys...

For now, adios!
