With swan lake booming the speakers, i'm blogging from a retail store.

Really wanted to start working on my OSIP application but lest i remembered that my portable hard disk is in the locker. (and i can't get it cos i'm the only one in the shop)

Well, was having second thoughts about the OSIP (Overseas Student Internship Programme) anyway. Why?

Its because of the uncertainty. There's only so much that the lecturers can tell you about the job in somewhere else in the world. What if Rooms department meant housekeeping? What if F&B means being stuck as a waiter all day? There's such a high level of ambuguity that is making me hesitate to hand in my application.

The best part? Tomorrow's the deadline at 12pm. Haha. Well, i don't really have much time to think through it throughly do i?

anyway, i'm aiming (still deciding) for a placement in Four Seasons Hotel Maldives.

And this semester has got to be the earliest i go full velocity on my projects. The lecturers have been very 'inspiring' as they keep pushing us to meet the deadlines, always checking on the progression. I guess they all want us to round of our last year of the diploma with a decent GPA grade.

On a lighter note, i've agreed to help out two of my lecturers. One to participate in a forum and the other, to help out in the graduation ceremony. Well, i won't exactly say that i'm doing it out of goodwill but i'm just playing my cards right.

Speaking of which i'm taking an elective called gaming operations. The lesson plan for most of the semester is to learn new games that are often played in casinos. So technically we get to gamble in school. The catch? with sweets. haha.
